Enjoying your own chalet or mobile home on Brielse Meer all year round? Sounds like a dream come true, right? We would like to show you what an annual pitch costs approximately at Camping & Marina de Meeuw. These costs can consist of one-time and annual amounts.
The annual staging fee basically consists of the plot rent and standing charge. The plot fee can vary greatly and depends on the size and location of the plot. As an indication, the annual fees usually vary between €4,000 and up to approximately €9,200 per year for an annual waterfront plot.

Utilities
In addition to the annual costs, the actual consumption of electricity, gas and water is settled at the end of the year with the advance payment you pay in advance.
Commuter Tax
As a yearly guest of Naturist Camping Flevo Natuur you do not pay tourist tax, but commuter tax when you live outside the municipality of Zeewolde. You will receive the assessment directly from the municipality of Zeewolde. Read more about the tax.
Payment Terms
Notes for annual pitches will be sent out on Oct. 31. There are several payment options:
- Payment byDecember 31(you will receive €50 discount)
- Payment in 12 monthly installments by direct debit, starting January 25 (surcharge 2025 of € 162).
Annual pitch rates include:
- Family: parents with children living at home up to age 25
- Use by family up to 2nd degree
- 16 ampere electricity
- Water, sewer, television and propane connection
- Environmental Surcharge
- 1 car on the spot
- up to 4 dogs allowed
