About Camping De Meeuw
Camping De Meeuw is located on Brielse Meer, in a beautiful water-rich environment where peace, recreation, and nature come together. Our campsite is popular with families, water sports enthusiasts, and guests who enjoy the outdoors. As a front office employee, you play an important role in their vacation experience: you ensure that guests feel welcome and can enjoy a carefree vacation to the fullest.
What are you going to do?
As a Front Office Employee, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You welcome them with a smile, help them with any questions, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your duties include:
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering questions at the counter
- Responding to guests by phone and email
- Creating and managing bookings in the reservation system
- Providing information about the park, the surrounding area, and activities
- Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to provide guests with the best possible service
