The annual fee for a permanent site consists primarily of the site rental and a service charge. The plot surcharge can vary significantly and depends on the size and location of the permanent site. As a general guide, the annual costs typically range from €4,200 to approximately €13,000 per year for a permanent site on the water.

Utilities
In addition to the annual costs, the actual consumption of electricity, gas and water is settled at the end of the year with the advance payment you pay in advance.
Tourist tax
As a regular guest at Camping & Jachthaven de Meeuw, you are required to pay a tourist tax if you live outside the municipality of Voorne aan Zee.
Payment Terms
Invoices for permanent berths will be sent out on October 31. There are several payment options:
- Payment byDecember 31(you will receive €50 discount)
- Payment in 12 monthly installments by direct debit, starting January 25 (2026 surcharge of €170).
Rates for permanent berths include:
- Family: parents with children living at home up to age 25
- Use by family up to 2nd degree
- 16 ampere electricity
- Water, sewer, television and propane connection
- Environmental Surcharge
- 1 car on the spot
- up to 4 dogs allowed
